SPIRA Fire Protection Ltd. was founded in 1972 by the late William Spira as a full service mechanical contracting company under the name SPIRA Mechanical Limited. Ken Spira who started in 1972 with his father changed the name to SPIRA Fire Protection Ltd. in 1995 to more accurately depict the successful reputation and strengths built in the fire protection industry.
We are conveniently located in Guelph and employ approximately 35 full time certified automatic sprinkler and fire protection installers and office staff.

SPIRA FIRE VICTIMS RELIEF FUND:
This Fund was created by the employees and management of SPIRA Fire Protection Ltd. in December of 1998 to provide immediate financial aid for general family and personal needs for those who are in the County of Wellington, have a material loss as a result of a residential fire and have no insurance coverage. The employees and management are also committed to assist in the collection of donations from the public and arrange the delivery to victims of the fire. Donations to this fund can be made out to VSW/SPIRA Fire Victims Relief Fund and sent to Victim Services Wellington, 15 Wyndham St. N., Guelph, ON N1H 4C6 or to SPIRA Fire Protection Ltd. 31 Hayes Ave., Guelph ON N1E 5V6
